Each appointment begins with a consultation to assess your physical condition, tension patterns, and wellness objectives. From there, Caitlin draws from a variety of modalities, blending them seamlessly to create a personalized treatment. Modalities include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Alexander Technique, Sports Massage, Acupressure, Cupping, Hot Stones, Cryotherapy, IASTM, Reflexology, Medical Massage ENHANCEMENTS _______________________ Add any of the following services onto your custom massage booking! Enhancements cannot extend your appointment beyond 2 hours. Aromatherapy | Duration of Massage | $15 Enhance your massage with custom essential oils to relax, uplift, or soothe. A simple way to deepen your mind-body experience. Cold Stone Facial Massage | 15 Minutes | $30 Start with a hot towel compress on face, followed by chilled marble and jade stones that gently glide over the face to reduce puffiness, tension, and inflammation, and end with a cold Jade stone eye mask. Great for headaches, sinus pressure, or a refreshing skin boost. With choice of essential oil and rose water. Scalp Massage | 15 Minutes | $30 Relieve stress and tension in the scalp, neck, and temples. Promotes relaxation, eases headaches, and improves mental clarity. Includes hot towel compress on face, with choice of essential oil and rose water. Time Upgrade | 15 Minutes | $30 Extend your session with an additional 15 minutes of focused therapeutic work. This enhancement allows for extra attention to areas of tension or more time to deepen relaxation. Restorative Foot Massage | 30 Minutes | $60 Soothe and restore tired feet! Warm towels are applied to soften and prepare the skin, followed by refreshing rose water or essential oil of choice. Your feet are then massaged with arnica infused cream, incorporating targeted pressure point work to help ease tension and leave them feeling renewed and refreshed. A perfect grounding addition to any massage session. French Green Clay Foot Treatment | 30 Minutes | $65 A grounding foot treatment beginning with hot towel compresses and a detoxifying French green clay foot masque. Next is therapeutic massage with hot stones, Arnica and Ivy cream, and targeted pressure point work: to release tension, improve circulation, and restore balance. Finish with refreshing Rose Water.
Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy
Hudson Valley Therapeutic Massage is a private health practice operating by appointment only. These booking and payment policies are designed to support a safe, ethical, and professional therapeutic environment and allow for the highest standard of care. APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING -All appointments must be scheduled through the online booking system, where current availability and service information are listed. -Clients who require accessibility accommodations or assistance with booking may email, call, or text the office. All booking inquiries through email or phone must be clear and specific. Messages lacking sufficient detail may not receive a response. INTAKE FORM REQUIREMENTS -All clients booking online are required to complete the confidential intake form prior to their appointment. This form includes: health history, contact information, client waiver, and credit or debit card information (for cancellation and no show policy see below). Completion of the intake form is required in order to provide safe, appropriate, and legally compliant treatment in accordance with HIPAA standards and New York State regulations. -Clients booking by phone or email will receive a secure electronic intake form. If electronic completion is not possible, clients must arrive 15 minutes early to complete a paper intake form. -Failure or refusal to complete the intake form prior to the scheduled appointment will result in cancellation of the session and a $50 cancellation fee. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION FEE -By booking an appointment online or in person, you agree to pay the full amount for the services scheduled. Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Credit/Debit, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of booking or at the appointment, as specified. All payments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. -A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or missed without notice will incur a $50 fee, charged to the card on file. WALK-INS & SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS -Walk-in appointments are not accepted. Same-day appointments are limited and subject to availability.
